The app isnt working!!!!

It worked for me for a while. But one day it stopped working and I tried to save the video but, it would say "Failed to export" and I kept trying to download the video, but still I didnt work!!! So I tried re-downloading the app. And still! It didnt work:( now I cant download any video from the app, which is sad because I used to use the app all the time! I dont know if I would recommend this app because its not working! Im currently trying to find a new app! But I cant find one. Anyways, I dont know why its not working, hopefully I find a new app to use. (I used the app for the borders) so I dont know if I would recommend this app. It made me upset because now I cant download videos with borders!!!!
